Caleb

former member of MDO aka Menudo and Explosion of Puerto Rico

Caleb Aviles simply known as Caleb - has been in the music business since the young age of 12 yrs old. Caleb first began as a member of the Puerto Rican music group Euphoria a teen group created by ex-menudo member Robert Avellanet. After touring Venezuela, Mexico with the group he signed on with music executive Darrin McGillis and joined Explosion a three member boy band from Puerto Rico. While in Explosion he recorded the hit songs "Que No Se Detenga" which was the title track of the Explosion debut album, he also recorded the song "NO" the group disbanded when McGillis took band member Joel Laureano solo.

Several years later when Menudo aka MDO needed a new member, Caleb auditioned for the spot and was signed to Menudo aka MDO. He recorded on the CD "A Little Piece of Heaven" which was released in Asia. This would be the last CD recorded for MDO untill the MTV reality show "Making Menudo" sought to re-invent the group with members chosen from across the United States.

Caleb is now a solo Artist and tours Latin America.
